B. Crash Reports & Analytics
To improve stability and performance, we use services for crash reports, analytics, and performance monitoring. These tools only collect anonymized technical data.

All purchases and subscription payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store. We never have access to your personal payment details.
Refunds must be requested through Apple Support, not through us directly.
If Apple contacts us for refund verification, we may provide limited, anonymized data related to your in-app purchase to help assess eligibility. This may include:
- Time since app installation
- Total usage duration
- Anonymous user or device identifier
- Whether the content or features were consumed or used
- Whether a trial period was included
- Total amount spent and/or refunded
We only share what's strictly necessary to support the refund process and nothing else.
8. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
To provide AI-powered features such as text translation, image translation, and text analysis, the App may securely transmit user-provided content, including text, images, or other input, to AI services including ChatGPT by OpenAI and Gemini by Google for processing.
- Only the content necessary to generate a response is sent.
- Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user's request and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
- Users are informed before any data is sent and must provide consent before using AI features.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals below this age.
If we become aware that data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, it will be promptly deleted.
